Biography

Kaleigh was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

She began dance lessons at three years old and trained under RCM vocal curriculum from the age of 12. Kaleigh studied acting at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) in Toronto, Ontario where she earned an honours Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree.

Over the past 15 years, Kaleigh has performed professionally in plays and musicals on internationally prestigious stages across Canada and Europe. Kaleigh has originated leading roles in new works by acclaimed playwrights Judith Thompson, Timberlake Wertenbaker, and Velina Hasu Houston.

In 2024, Kaleigh played Elsa in the Canadian Premiere of Disney’s FROZEN: The Broadway Musical and reprised the role in Theatre Aquarius’ production of FROZEN this past holiday season to much critical acclaim, including a feature in The Globe and Mail.

Last year Kaleigh premiered an original piece in a collective creation called FERTILITY, for which she was nominated for a BroadwayWorld Toronto Award for outstanding performance.

Currently Kaleigh is performing in her second season at the charlottetown festival as Miss stacy in Anne of green gables and then she will be returning to theatre aquarius as the narrator in Joseph & the amazing technicolour dreamcoat
